Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Product Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in defining and executing product strategies, managing the product lifecycle, and driving product development initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
• Gathering and prioritizing product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market research to inform product development priorities.
• Collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to define product features, specifications, and user experience.
• Leading the product development process from concept to launch, including product planning, development, testing, and release.
• Monitoring and analyzing product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Managing product launches, marketing campaigns, and go-to-market strategies to drive adoption and revenue growth.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, feedback, and escalations from internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to market.
• Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Experience working in Agile development environments and using Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
• Experience working on multidisciplinary projects and interfacing with clients is a plus.
