Position Overview: We are seeking skilled and motivated Finance and Accounting Professionals to join our team. The successful candidates will play key roles in managing financial operations, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic insights to support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Preparing and analyzing financial statements, reports, and forecasts to provide insights into business performance and financial health.
• Conducting financial analysis, variance analysis, and cost-benefit analysis to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
• Monitoring cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure optimal financial management and liquidity.
• Developing and implementing financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to provide financial guidance and support for business initiatives.
• Providing financial insights and recommendations to senior management to inform business strategy and planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree or CPA/CMA certification preferred.
• Proven experience in finance and accounting roles, with a strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with financial software and systems, such as ERP systems, Excel, and financial modeling tools.
• Experience working in the technology industry or related fields is a plus.
• Experience working on multidisciplinary projects and interfacing with clients is a plus.
