Position Overview: As a UX/UI Designer at TEMS Tech Solutions, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience and interface design of our digital products and solutions. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design ideas and rationale.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
