Position Overview: As a Quality Assurance/Testing Engineer at TEMS Tech Solutions, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software and hardware products through comprehensive testing and quality assurance processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop test strategies, create test plans, execute test cases, and report on test results to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software and hardware testing, as well as a passion for delivering high-quality products that meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and define test strategies and objectives.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software and hardware functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Perform manual and automated testing of software applications, firmware, and hardware components to identify defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Analyze test results, document defects, and work with development teams to prioritize and track defect resolution.
• Implement and maintain test automation frameworks, tools, and scripts to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
• Conduct regression testing, performance testing, and scalability testing to ensure product stability and scalability under various conditions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in quality assurance and testing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance/Testing Engineer or similar role, with a strong background in software and hardware testing.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, testing techniques, and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
