Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, driving online engagement, and optimizing digital channels to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic, and leads across various digital channels, including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
• Planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to achieve KPIs and objectives, such as lead generation, conversion rate optimization, and customer acquisition.
• Creating and curating engaging content for digital channels, including website, blog, social media, and email newsletters.
• Monitoring and analyzing digital marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, and using insights to inform strategy and optimization efforts.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
• Staying current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in digital marketing, and experimenting with new tools and techniques to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master’s degree or certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with proficiency in digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, analytics, and reporting.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and messaging for digital channels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience working on multidisciplinary projects and interfacing with clients is a plus.
