Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated WordPress Developer Intern to support our development team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about WordPress, who wants to work on real projects, and gain hands-on experience in customizing and optimizing WordPress themes and plugins. You’ll play a vital role in helping us deliver responsive and high-performance websites

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and customizing WordPress themes to meet project requirements.
• Optimize WordPress installation for performance, security, and SEO.
• Troubleshoot WordPress-specific issues and implement solutions.
• Ensure compatibility across WordPress updates and plugins.
• Support the development team in maintaining a responsive and user-friendly interface

Required Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of server-side programming languages such as PHP or Python.
• Familiarity with databases like MySQL.
• Understanding of RESTful API integration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with WordPress theme development or plugin customization.
• Familiarity with version control tools, such as Git.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and performance optimization is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
