Position Summary:
As a Business Development Intern at TEMS Tech Solutions, you will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, fostering client relationships, and supporting business strategies. This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to gain practical experience in business development within a dynamic technology and consulting company
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, partnerships, and business opportunities.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Support the team in developing strategies to expand the client base.
- Engage in outreach efforts to connect with prospective clients via email, calls, and networking events.
- Maintain and update CRM tools with client information and interaction history.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings and align them with market needs.
- Analyze competitors and industry trends to support strategic decisions.
- Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and insights to the Business Development Manager
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of business and marketing principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Final-year students or recent graduates eager to kickstart their career in business development.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of technology and consulting services is a bonus
