Position Overview: As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at TEMS Tech Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological direction of our company. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record of at least 10 years in technical leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management or executive position.
• Extensive experience in the telecommunications and network infrastructure industry, with a deep understanding of wireless technologies, network optimization, and performance management.
• Strong background in software development, system architecture, and cloud technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, drive innovation, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
