Position Summary:

As the Chief Product Officer and Co-Founder, you will lead the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. You will drive the product vision, prioritise features, and ensure that our solutions deliver maximum impact for our clients. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the founding team, with the option to invest and earn equity based on your contributions and commitment.

Responsibilities:

• Product Vision and Strategy: Define the long-term product strategy in alignment with TEMS Tech Solutions’ goals and client needs. Identify growth opportunities and market trends to drive product innovation.
• Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development process, working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
• Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research to understand client needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends, ensuring that product decisions are data-driven and align with business goals.
• Feature Prioritisation: Define and prioritise features based on client feedback, strategic goals, and market potential to maximise product value and user engagement.
• Product Launch and Go-to-Market: Develop go-to-market strategies for new products, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to ensure effective product positioning and communication.
• User Experience and Design: Ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience across all products, championing user-centred design principles and usability testing.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with the CEO, CTO, and other team members to align product strategies with overall business objectives and drive cohesion across all departments.
• Metrics and Performance: Establish KPIs to track product success and implement analytics tools to measure product performance, using insights to inform product improvements and updates.
• Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients and users to gather feedback, understand pain points, and incorporate insights into product development

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of product management experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, or consulting industries

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong background in managing all phases of the product lifecycle, from ideation to scaling.
• Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, startup environment

Note: This role is equity-based with no fixed salary until funding is secured. The CPO role is ideal for a product leader who is passionate about innovation and driving impactful solutions in a high-growth environment.
