Position Overview: As a Customer Support/Success Manager at TEMS Tech Solutions, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers by providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with our products and services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations, and work closely with internal teams to address customer needs and drive resolution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer support, account management, and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations, and provide timely and effective resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, goals, and challenges, and ensure their success with our products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and engineering, to address customer issues, provide feedback, and drive product improvements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the customer support process, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics, gather feedback, and implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide training and support to customers on how to use our products effectively and maximize value.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in customer support and success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer support, account management, or customer success roles, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to address customer needs and challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus.
