Role Description: HR Intern

We are looking for passionate and proactive individuals to join our team as HR Interns. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR processes, contribute to strategic initiatives, and develop skills that prepare you for a thriving career in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

As an HR Intern, your key responsibilities include:

• Assisting in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Supporting onboarding and orientation programs for new employees and interns.
• Helping maintain HR records, including attendance, leave documentation, and certifications.
• Collaborating with the HR team to design and execute employee engagement activities.
• Researching and drafting HR policies to align with company goals and compliance requirements.
• Contributing to performance management and feedback processes.
• Coordinating training and development programs for employees and interns.

Requirements

We’re looking for candidates who possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
