Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dynamic HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of TEMS Tech Solutions by supporting our most valuable asset: our people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs to support organizational goals and objectives.
  • Overseeing the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Managing employee relations, including resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Coordinating performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning.
  • Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and compliance issues.
  • Managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Developing and delivering training programs to support employee development and skill enhancement.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations and staying current with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in HR management roles, with a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and other HR-related software applications.
  • Experience working in the technology industry or related fields is a plus.
  • Experience working on multidisciplinary projects and interfacing with clients is a plus.
