Role Description – Human Resource Intern: Join TEMS Tech Solutions as a Human Resource Intern and play a crucial role in supporting the company’s HR initiatives. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating candidate interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.
  • Help maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and help organize company events and activities.
  • Assist in managing employee benefits and compensation programs, including answering employee queries and processing documentation.
  • Help with performance management processes, including tracking and documenting employee performance reviews.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes.

Requirements:

  • Passion for human resources, technology, and business, with a strong desire to pursue a career in HR or a related field.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Previous coursework, projects, or internship experience in HR or related fields is advantageous but not required.
