Position Overview: As a Legal Counsel at TEMS Tech Solutions, you will play a critical role in providing legal guidance and support to our company on a wide range of matters. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, mitigate legal risks, and protect the company’s interests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, contract negotiation, and intellectual property, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support to internal teams on various legal matters, including contracts, compliance, intellectual property, data privacy, and regulatory issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements, including customer contracts, vendor agreements, partnership agreements, and licensing agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to identify legal risks, assess potential liabilities, and provide guidance on legal implications of business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to the company’s operations, including GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations.
• Manage and protect the company’s intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, and trade secrets.
• Assist with corporate governance matters, including board meetings, shareholder agreements, and corporate filings.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel and other advisors as needed to address complex legal issues and litigation matters.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends that may impact the company, and provide proactive guidance to mitigate risks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Juris Doctor (JD), or equivalent legal qualification. Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction is required.
