Role Description – Sales Intern: Join TEMS Tech Solutions as a Sales Intern and play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing their sales initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with experienced sales professionals, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to the company’s growth by driving sales performance and expanding the client base.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns to attract and retain clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Support the sales team in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing the sales pipeline.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track sales activities and client interactions.
  • Participate in client meetings and follow up on action items to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Passion for sales, technology, and business, with a strong desire to pursue a career in sales or business development.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

  • Previous coursework, projects, or internship experience in sales, marketing, or related fields is advantageous but not required.
